High frequency X-Ray generator “ProVario 50 Screen” (50 kW by 100 kV (IEC))

PEDS 800 is a flexible useable digital trauma, pulmonary- and skeletal workplace with the X-ray unit mounted on the ceiling suspension and tiltable detector tray. PEDS 800, with flat panel detector convinces with ergonomic operation concept, good network accomplishment and great image quality by minimal dose of radiation. It improves the workflow and enhances efficiency of the radiologic department.

High frequency X-Ray generator “ProVario 50 Screen” (50 kW by 100 kV (IEC))

The PED-IC 600+ is a cost efficient entry to the digital direct radiography. A complete, compact digital radiographic workplace, also well adapted for small rooms, also with the focus on easy handling. The X-Ray tube and the integrated CR-film scanner from iCRco (35 cm x 43 cm) are mounted on the swivelling arm at the universal stand. For trunk, pulmonary or extremity examination the FDD (Focal Spot- Detector - Distance) can simply be changed. Low follow-up costs as a result of long lifetime of the CR-film with non-contacting reading.

Multi microcontroller operated universal diagnosis device for direct and remote operation with 20° or 180° headfirst positioning and under table sighting mechanism for building up image intensifier up to 40 cm or fill digital dynamic detectors up to 43 x 43 cm. The iCR 3600 is a digital CR-Film system with non-contact reading. In consequence of the patented transport mechanism with only one moved part there is almost no need for maintenance. The cassette seating is used for transport over the reading laser; no mechanical wear, roller or rubber rolls are used for film transportation. The lifetime of CR-film is enhanced by this TLR® technique (Touchless Linear Reading). The operational area of the iCR-Reader is doctor’s clinic as well as hospitals. The system is DICOM 3 compatible, so that existing systems can be upgraded.

The PRS 500 radiographic system is a complete powerful Bucky workplace. The patient table with floating table top based on carbon fibre offers a high radiolucent factor and firmness. The table is available in different colours and in length of 200 cm or 226 cm. The patient table has a fixed height. The system supports film cassettes as well as digital CR cassettes and can be used for mounting flatpanel detectors. Space saving installation is possible. The X-ray generator ProVario 50 comes with organ programmed exposure technique (APR) or free selectable parameters, space saving integrated in the patient table. Handling takes place over a separate operation panel witch is available as wall- or table mounted version. High effective table top brakes; even in off-state. The moveable column, conducted at the table, which carries the x-ray-unit is linked via an automatic clutch with the Bucky unit. Thereby the X-ray unit and the Bucky are centred all the time. For free-standing radiograms of knee and foot the wall mounted Bucky unit can be vertically moved down to the floor. The wall mounted Bucky unit can be installed for right- or left handed handling. The powerful X-ray tube with two focal spots carries the rotatable collimator. This allows a patient friendly adjustment of the radiation field for radiograms of extremities. 3 different filters can easy be selected on the integrated filter disk. The X-ray unit is rotatable for radiograms with oblique or horizontal X-ray beam. As option the ProVario 50 generator can be operated by ProVario 50 Screen. Operation is similar to a PC using mouse and keyboard, as an additional option via touch panel monitor. ProVario 50 Screen is a cost efficient, extensible solution to upgrade a conventional radiographic system to a digital console for generator operation, as well as the benefit of getting different new tools like the automated X-ray book. The manual filling of the X-ray book becomes unnecessary, patient data can be exchanged via defined interfaces – depending on the used System (KIS/RIS etc.), a patient positioning guide supports the correct positioning of the patient. Label printing, barcode support as well as dose data management are other useful tools. Independent of using the comfortable touch monitor, which can be adapted on a space saving wall mounted hinge or the display monitor (no diagnostic screen) with mouse and keyboard the workplace will be modernized and upgraded with several functions. The dose data management takes place in the X-ray book and records all data of the dose area product meter (DAP) – available as an option – as well as the patient and exposure data which allows the printout on labels to stick on the film of envelope. The integrated barcode tool allows usage of identification labels. ProVario 50 Screen can be used with film cassettes or digital CR-cassettes.

Symphony™ processing is to improve image contrast, adjust dynamic range, enhance the details and reduce the noise, so that it can produce the most high-quality images for interpretation. It expands the visibility of low-contrast structures, while maintaining and enhancing the visibility.

Increasing requirements and cost pressure demand economic solutions. ProCom D with high resolution and dose efficient flat-panel-detectors offers a cost-efficient upgrade solution for existing X-ray systems. Independent from a fixed mounted detector in the PROVOTEC Bucky or flexible and rotatable inserted in the PROVOTEC detector tray, almost all solutions are realizable. Flat-panel-detectors are characterized by optimized handling and allow a better workflow effectiveness and dose reduction but outstanding imaging. Dependent on the customer profile the ProCom D system is available in different upgrading versions, which can be assembled individually by request.

The ProAgilis is a floor mounted X-ray tube stand suitable to mount different X-ray tube – collimator units. The operation takes place central at the command arm. It includes the switches for the brakes, light centring device as well as the protractor. The X-ray tube unit is continuously rotatable of +/- 180° around the horizontal axis. The X-ray tube carriage is vertical movable and rotatable around the vertical column axis of +/- 90°, for lateral exposures.
